Well there is a prime motivator that may make them resort to things. That would be losing the bet.
Another YM bud suggested I booby trap the door. Maybe the windows as well. Wonder with what though.

trap your door with those "batyas" filled with water...and all the pots and pans you have in your condo...that'll do the trick!
give them a surprise...use one of those pails as arinola and place it strategically beside the door propped on a chair...hehehe

Hmm, apparently you left out the clause in your contract that said they have to play fair. I agree with hitme64, find yourself an arinola (or a reasonable facsimile thereof) and booby trap the door! - Laundrygirl
