Can't say it is a wonderful morning. Am now chasing a deadline that is obviously unmovable. After all deadlines shouldn't be "flexible".
As I do love words I often wonder the etymology of them. Deadline is one such word. It has that nice fatal ring to it. That's why it makes you wonder sometimes why it is often violated nowadays. Somehow it appears not to be as lethal as it was. Maybe the lost art of head rolling needs to be revived.
